This is the Orskov Yard HSEQ app for recording and submitting near-miss incidents, and improvement suggestions to all types of issues relating to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality, where images, text, sound, time and location of inspections are required for the documentation. The app is used to ensure that any person working at or visiting Orskov facilities have the app available to report any near-miss issue or accident on the premises. The app is intended for employees, visitors, customers (ships in need of service, repair or inspection), and external provider personnel.
